Description
|
|
The Rich Mountain trail is designated as a county road in Glimer County, just a
few miles north of Ellijay. The trail is pretty tough and long, usually around 3-5 hours,
and features some of the best ruts and V-ditches in North Geargia.
Near the top of the mountain are some pretty good sized mudholes, which can
get pretty deep after a storm. Most of the gooey stuff can be bypassed.
Also along the trail are one or two creek
crossings that are not very deep at all and are traversed very easily.

Rating

are difficult and may require lockers front/rear/
